01
Raw Mediterranean inputs
Single-origin sesame, olive, clove, black seed — sourced from cooperatives we visit ourselves.
02
Artisanal extraction
Low-temperature cold-pressing preserves the polyphenols and lignans that industrial refining destroys.
03
Published QC
Gas chromatography, fatty-acid profiling, and batch-level traceability — public, on request.

Provenance
From a Tunisian grove to a sealed amber vial.
We work with three cooperatives across Cap Bon, Sfax, and Kairouan. Olives are pressed within four hours of harvest, sesame within twenty-four. Nothing is heated, nothing is refined, nothing is blended with imported lots.

Why a laboratory, not a kitchen
Every batch passes gas chromatography before it leaves the bench.
Botany is the easy part. Verifying that a cold-pressed oil still carries the lignans, polyphenols, and terpenes that make it worth using — that is the laboratory's job. We test, archive, and publish.
